Who is Eligible?
There are two types of buildings that are eligible under the program:- Privately-Owned Buildings
- Assisted and Social Housing
You are eligible to apply if your building has a common entrance, shared space and services and at least six (6) self-contained residential units that account for at least 50% of the total building floor space. Buildings zoned as mixed-use (multi-residential and commercial space) are also eligible.
You must be the owner, manager, or authorized representative in order to apply.
