Energy Upgrade Solution

Working with GreenSaver program partner Halsall, Brookfield Residential was introduced to the Multifamily Energy Efficiency Rebates and investigated rebates for variable speed drive upgrades for a client’s building, The Monarchy, PCC #452.

Result

The Monarchy, PCC #452, received a rebate of $4,900 for the installation of four variable speed drive upgrades on their air make up units.
