Energy Upgrade Solution

Focused on energy efficiency initiatives for its properties across Canada, CAPREIT took advantage of the Ontario-wide Multifamily Energy Efficiency Rebates to perform lighting retrofits and is investigating HVAC system upgrades at a number of its buildings in southwestern Ontario.

Result

CAPREIT found the process of working with GreenSaver to be collaborative and appreciated its help in applying for $60 thousand in rebates for lighting retrofits.
